Unlike marketplace apps such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub—and even direct-ordering platforms like Slice or ChowNow—Alcove never takes a cut, percentage, or flat fee from your sales. Depending on your business needs and project complexity, app costs can range from $5,000 on the low end to over $100,000 on the high end. No—we don’t believe in locking clients into long-term contracts. Beyond the one-time cost of your application, we offer optional services, with monthly maintenance being the most popular. This includes ongoing support such as bug fixes, basic updates, and minor changes. Maintenance is billed monthly, but you’re free to cancel anytime. This model keeps us focused on keeping you satisfied and your business running smoothly.

After your custom app or website is completed, we transition into a maintenance phase that includes bug fixes, updates, and changes to ensure your system is always running smoothly. We also perform daily proactive tests to catch potential issues before you or your customers notice them. Clients on this plan also receive discounts on future major updates or additions to their platform.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) — Every application and website we build is optimized for major search engines to help drive traffic to your business. For an additional monthly fee, we provide advanced SEO services, giving you access to unlimited keyword optimization on Google and increasing your chances of being discovered first by customers searching for your services.
• Marketing — Some clients need extra support with social media, photography, video production, email marketing, and other promotional efforts. We partner with you to deliver tailored marketing services that grow your business and attract more customers.
